Most Excellent Homebrew! This cream ale is a very light and refreshing ale that is similar to "Genesee Cream Ale". A malty leaning beer with just a kiss of hops.
Try the Hefe! It has a pleasant banana -clove flavor and a refreshingly light body. a great late summer beer! Prost!

We love this beer! It’s a mellow strong golden ale with a Dutch yeast strain that gives more emphasis to the fruity esters without seeming too serious. German hops balance it nicely. It tastes good enough to make you quit your bitching.
This is a true double version of our M.E.H.! We brew the M.E.H.! to double-strength in our kettle and cut it with water to achieve it’s light body and flavor. The Enormous Richard is bigger and uncut. Let it fill your mouth with creamly body and loads of flavor!
Aldo’s Red is a very flavorful derivation of a German beer style called "Altbier", a little fuller bodied than the German version, this beer has an Irish Red's depth of flavor, but finishes cleaner. Rickoli uses Munich, Vienna and Pilsner malts with a little Nugget hop to give it character.
This brown ale is a full flavored American-style Brown ale with an array of medium to dark caramel malts. accented with English Chocolate malt which gives it a full-bodied sweetness that cradles the Willamette hops used throughout this brew.
This is a traditional Scotch Ale. We use Golden Promise Malt with just a touch of roasted barley, boiled extensively to concentrate the caramel flavors with the stingiest amount of English hops.
Everyone has an IPA and we have a great one! It has Pale malt and a touch of Munich malt that blend to provide a clean sturdy base for the intest hop flavor and aroma.
This is the double version of our Totally Eye-P.A. It reeks of pungent hops and alcohol, and has a wonderful creamy mouthfeel that lays the lupilin goodness across your senses.
This Imperial Black IPA is defined by an extremely hoppy nose,intense hop flavor and is supported by just a kiss of dark malt, giving a subtle roast flavor in the profile. We sometimes do a Chili version of this beer that is worth asking your server if it is on tap.

This is a hearty Rye Stout that satisfies the soul! Roast barley flavors are combined with the spice of rye and the full bodied sweetness of crystal malt to compliment the American hop flavor this beer showcases.
Barleywine is, simply put, beer that is brewed to the strength of wine. Ours is a complex brew of many types or malt and hpos that can vary from year to year. Made annually and held in our cellar. For our 2017 vintage, we aged it for 7 weeks in Bourbon barrels to get a very subtle barrel flavor. It retains the slightly fruity character of the English yeast while balancing perfectly with the influences of the barrel. We occasionally put this on tap as it ages.

Where mild meets wild! Mild on alcohol, but still drinks like our IPA. A more complex profile with the Mango puree that we add to just support the amazing tropical leaning hop bill this beer already has!
The Authoritah! Is our Colorado style Red Ale.
It's deep red color gives an authoratative maltiness that really stands up to the unique blend of high-alpha American hops.
It's like a bigger version of our Aldo's Red but with an assertive amount of of hops like that of an IPA.
This combines to make a really satisfying and quenching brew.

This is the first beer from our sour barrel that Rickoli is cultivating. As the series progresses there will be other sour beers and the profile will intensify as the projects rolls along. This first beer is moderately tart with easily noticed notes of Oak, Whiskey, Lactobacillus, as well as a hint of Brett. Stay tuned!
Our Oats McGoats Stout is a velvet dream on cask!!
Oats McGoats is our collaboration brew with Samuel Adams! It’s our Rye Stout with the addition of oat malt and Golden Naked Oats, which lends a smokey earthy quality to this brew. We also used a new hop (#7270) that still awaits naming. This hop lends a subtle wintergreen aroma over the roasty malt bill. Look for it in bars around Denver in June! Pretty Tasty!

It's a mild pale ale recipe that features freshly harvested Colorado hops from Paonia.
It has a bright hoppy aroma that also gives a fresh flavor you can only get from wet hops.
We use five times the normal amount of hops for this beer.
